Terms and conditions

 

a) NimTree Wildlife Photo Tours, Nimtree Wildlife Photo Safaris and Nimtree Safaris are trading names of NimTree Safaris Limited, company number 1213012, Registered in England and Wales.

b) Customers must have adequate personal travel insurance in place for the duration of their trip. (Optional: Also, you may want to arrange for camera gear insurance for your expensive gear.)

c) Whilst we will do everything possible to make your tour comfortable and pleasant, we will not be responsible for any damages, loss of items, theft for your personal items or any losses arising due to the acts mentioned earlier. We urge all the clients to exercise caution and be careful and look after their belongings for the duration of participated tours.

d) Before the tour begins, you must also inform us of any allergies and health conditions that may cause concern to you during the trips. This will enable us to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

e) It is the clients responsibility to obtain necessary visa and ensure that their passports are valid for at least the minimum duration specified by the government of destination country.

f) We do not want to take our clients to parts of the world, which are deemed unsafe. If the Foreign and commonwealth office of the government advice against travel to a pre-booked tour, the tour may not go ahead as it will invalidate your travel insurance.

g) Paying for Travel insurance, flights to the destination country and visa is the responsibility of the client. We will neither pay these cost nor advise on obtaining visa.

h) We strongly advise our clients against overstaying their visa, even for one day, under any circumstances. It will be the client’s responsibility to ensure travel arrangements and getting back to home country before their visa expires.

i) In case of any medical emergency, we will try and arrange medical assistance as quickly as possible. We will follow the advice given by your insurance company in those circumstances. You are also advised to make a visit to your GP/ Doctor before the beginning of the tour to ensure your fitness to travel long haul as well as check for general fitness.

j) You are advised to follow the instructions given by the national park guides and your group leader. Please do not try and take unnecessary risks. (eg. Trying to take selfies at dangerous location or going very close to wild animals etc). We cannot be held responsible for any action taken by you.

k) While processing any refund request for the transaction made by credit/debit cards/Apple Pay etc., we will deduct 3% of the refund amount , which is incurred toward card processing. A £20 admin fee is payable to process the refund.

l) We request your personal details like Date of birth and passport numbers etc to book the necessary national park permits, we will make every effort to protect your personal information. This information is passed to the national park authorities of the destination country.

m) We will attempt to adhere to this itinerary as much as possible. However, certain conditions (climatic, environmental, cultural, or wildlife) may necessitate changes in the itinerary on very rare occasions. We reserve the right to alter any itinerary at any time, if necessary. We will attempt to notify participants of changes as far in advance as possible. Costs incurred by such changes will be the responsibility of the participant.

n) We hold your data with the help of some third party companies (eg MailChimp for newsletters).

o) All our tours are offered in GBP (British Pounds).  However, for our client’s convenience, we show and charge tour prices in the country where the website visitors is based, by converting the amount dynamically and automatically. Exchange rates between currencies are dynamic and can change from time to time. By booking a tour, the customer agrees to pay the difference, which may arise due to currency fluctuations.

Nimtree Safaris i.e. (We) reserve the right to amend, extend, shorten the duration or places of tours without prior notice to customers (you). Any dispute, if it may arise, will be subjected to the English Law in England.
